The Catalina has moved into the hangar

The next stage of the restoration process has begun, with the Catalina having been towed into the hangar.

It seems amazing that this plane can fit into this hangar with so much room to spare. Notice the two DC-3's at the back of our hangar - our next projects...

The propellors have been removed, take a look at this photo taken from the cockpit of one of the DC-3's:

And here are the propellors on the ground, waiting for packaging and shipping away to be overhauled:
